Standard Delivery
Free delivery for orders over R500. For orders less than R500, a delivery charge of R60 will be incurred. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.
Delivery Time Frames
Our delivery times are within 4 working days for main city centres and within 7 working days for outlying areas. Our speedy courier drivers will deliver your order during office hours, Monday to Friday (between 8am and 5pm).
We, of course, would want to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frames.
Main centres: delivery within 4 working days
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley.
Outlying areas: delivery 7 working days
Should you not receive an order delivery update after 4 working days from when your order was shipped, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team by sending a message to service@hurley.co.za.
ParcelNow Delivery
With ParcelNow you are in control of your delivery. No more delivery windows. No more guesswork.
Here’s how it works:
1. Your order is carefully packed and heads off from our warehouse to a local delivery hub.
2. Once it arrives at the hub, you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message. From there, it’s your call:
- Immediate Delivery – Get your parcel as soon as possible in as little as 30 minutes.
- Schedule for Later – Choose a time that works best for you.
3. Like watching a new trail unfold, you can track your delivery live on a map and know exactly when it’s arriving.
4. At the final stretch, your parcel is handed over with a unique PIN confirmation.
